DELIVERY INFORMATION
Carriage is FREE on all orders over £75.00 (Excluding VAT). Orders under this value incur a small order / delivery charge of £10.00 + VAT.
Subject to stock availability, orders placed by 12pm will be despatched the same day. All delivered parcels require a signature from the recipient. If there is nobody at the address, a card will be left with information on how to rearrange your delivery.
Deliveries can be sent direct to any location, including your home, office or site.
Any short deliveries or damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we do not ship outside Mainland UK.

RETURNS INFORMATION
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Products which are being returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in a resaleable condition (unworn, clean, tags attached and in their original packaging).

Please note, any refunds are for the products only and do not cover postage costs.
Items that have been personalised with your company’s logo / name are non-refundable.
